Registering the renter
- Read the eID with a card reader: name, date of birth, card number, address and photo go straight into the rental.
- USB-C or Bluetooth: an ordinary eID reader in the USB-C port (plug it in and go) or a Bluetooth reader; the reader is remembered.
- Automatic reading on insertion, no button needed (optional).
- Enter the name yourself for anyone without an eID, with a photo of another document. The photo stays on your device.
- Renter is optional: a rental works without any details too.
- Privacy: all personal data is erased at the return. The history, the daily report and the statistics carry no name at all.

Products
- Catalogue with name, info, photo, barcode or QR code and quantity.
- Unique items or types: a code per item, or “Bike, 12 pieces”, mixed as you like.

- Duplicate and copy prices from another product.

Rates and prices
- Your own rate formulas, as many as you like per product: your own name, duration and price — 2 hours, 4 hours, half a day, 2 days, weekend.
- Follow-on rate per formula: day € 18, then + € 8 per extra day.
- End time of your own: the app suggests the cheapest combination of formulas, adjustable before renting out.
- Late fee: an amount per hour started from an adjustable number of minutes, suggested at the return and adjustable.
- Discount per rental and an adjustable price per product; the total goes on the ticket.
- Grace period (2 minutes by default) on top of every period: anyone back within it is never shown in red.
4
Renting out
- Several products on one rental: one period, one payment, one ticket.
- Pick or scan: a product from the list or by its code; an unknown code becomes a new product at once.
- Formulas as buttons in a row, with the price next to them.
- Adjust the start time when the customer does not leave right away.
- Payment method: Cash, Card, Open (still to pay, in red) or Subscription.
- Note per rental, on the ticket and in the detail.
- Ticket with QR code, automatic or on request.
5
Overview and follow-up
- Colour coding: overdue in red, ending soon in yellow.
- Extend with one swipe (+30 min, +1 hour) or with an end time of your own; the original end stays visible.
- Adjust while the rental runs: add or remove products, price, payment, discount, note, renter.
- Correct the payment afterwards, even after the return.
- Counters of what is out and what is overdue.
6
Returns

- Partial return: tick what has come back (“2 of 3 back”); the rental runs until everything is in.
- Late fee suggested and added, with a return ticket.
- Personal data erased once everything is back.
7
Ticket, printer and cash drawer
- Receipt printer on your network (ESC/POS or Star, 80 or 58 mm) at a fixed address; step-by-step guide in the manual.

- Automatic printing on or off, with a test ticket.
- Cash drawer connected to the receipt printer: pops open at every cash payment, plus a button for change.

Reports and statistics
- End-of-day report: all rentals of a day, revenue per payment method, correct or leave out, a note for the accountant, emailed as PDF.
- Statistics per product: per week, month, year or everything: number of rentals, average duration, revenue and what is still out; breakdown per formula.
- As an A4 PDF to save or share, without a single renter name.
